Centennial Windshield Replacement and Auto Glass Repair

Centennial is one of the biggest cities in the south metro, and most of it drives somewhere every day: C-470 to the west side, I-25 to the Tech Center, Arapahoe Road to everything in between. That is a lot of highway miles behind trucks, and a lot of chips.

Most Centennial jobs are mobile. We can replace a windshield in your driveway in SouthGlenn or Cherry Knolls, or in your office lot in Dove Valley while you work. You do not lose half a day sitting in a waiting room.

Every windshield we replace carries our lifetime workmanship warranty, and if your car has a windshield-mounted camera, calibration is identified and quoted before we start — no surprise line items.

One highway from our door to yours

C-470 connects our Belleview shop to Centennial with no city streets in between. It is the same road a lot of Centennial commuters already drive, which also makes it the road that cracks a lot of Centennial windshields.

Colorado winters

Deicer, Gravel and the First Hard Freeze

When winter hits the south metro, road crews treat the highways and ramps, and grit ends up on the shoulders of C-470 and I-25. The trucks ahead of you kick it back. By spring, a lot of Centennial windshields are carrying a chip or two.

The danger is the cold morning. A chip concentrates stress in the glass, and a hot defroster on frozen glass is often what turns a chip into a crack. Repairing chips before the deep cold costs far less than replacing the windshield after.

Hail season

Hail, Insurance and Centennial Windshields

Hail is part of life on the Front Range, and wide-open office lots and driveways leave a lot of Centennial cars exposed when a summer storm rolls through. Hail damage to glass falls under comprehensive coverage, subject to your deductible — and you get to choose the shop.

Your insurer cannot pick your shop for you

Under Colorado Revised Statutes § 10-4-613, an insurance company cannot require that your auto glass work be performed at a particular facility as a condition of paying your claim, and it cannot use intimidation, coercion or threats to steer you to a specific vendor.

They're allowed to recommend. They are not allowed to require. Tell them you've chosen Bear Creek Auto Glass.
